You won’t be deprived on Whole 30! Burgers and fries ? Yes please ! I think we just ate one of the best homemade burgers ever ! Yum! 🍔🙌🏻 Grass fed beef with grilled pineapple 🍍 , avocado lime chipotle mayo and sautéed red onion and red pepper 🌶 ! All tucked nicely into a lettuce wrap! 🥬 Served with oven baked garlic yam fries on the side ! 🍠
For the burger: - Patties: grass fed ground beef, 1/2 red onion finely diced, 1/4 red pepper finely diced , salt , pepper, 3 cloves of chopped garlic . Form into patties and grill . -Slice pineapple into rings and grill -Ice burg lettuce to wrap -1/2 red onion and 1/4 sliced red pepper sautéed in olive oil . 1 tsp avocado lime chipotle mayo
For the yam fries: -Slice yams -Toss in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder , salt and pepper Lay yams on parchment paper on cookie sheet . Bake at 425 for 15 mins , flip over and continue baking for 10-15 mins until done
